梅花肉 1.5-2斤 900-1200g Pork Butt
柱侯醬一湯匙 1sp Chu Hou Sauce
叉燒醬兩湯匙 2sp Char Siu sauce
A1咖哩醬一茶匙 1tsp A1 Curry sauce
料理米酒2湯匙 2sp Chinese cooking wine
盬1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp of salt
糖2茶匙 2 tsp of sugar
玫瑰露酒一瓶蓋 MeiGuiLuJiu
蜂蜜適量 Some Honey
